5月6日晚7：30🧜‍♂️，九游会平台于励耘楼A403举行青年教师教学基本功大赛🤷🏿‍♂️。本次比赛共有六名优秀教师参加👩‍🍳👨🏻‍🦼‍➡️，优胜者将代表J9九游会参加校级青年教师教学基本功大赛。

参赛教师们首先从整体上阐述自己的教学计划，包括教学目标🩺、教学内容设计、教学方法等，然后辅以具体案例进行分析说明。他们既分析课程的要求又分析学生的实际情况，从而将两者有机结合起来𓀀🕴🏼，同时又阐述了自己独特的教学见解和方法。每位参赛教师演讲结束后👨🏿，评委会针对其内容提问或提出自己中肯的建议。

贺蓓和王芳两位老师分别讲述了日语和法语两门课程的教学过程，其共同点在于以异域文化来增加同学们的兴趣从而提高学习水平🥮。贺蓓老师更重视听力口译方法的运用🚵🏿‍♀️，而王芳老师则在教学过程中展示了法国人“生活是美好的”等价值观，引导学生们热爱生活热爱法语。两名外教Mr. Jack Merrington和Mr. Mathew Evans展示了英语口语的教学方法。Mr. Jack Merrington从学生的角度出发👵🏿，分析了学生们的需要及缺乏的能力，从而展开课程设计🦸‍♂️😊。而Mr. Mathew Evans则通过提高学生们的关联性来激发他们的学习动机，比如以采访自己的亲属的方式做一个英语演讲，这样既增进学生与家人的沟通与了解又提高了大家的英语水平，一举两得。王燕老师就综英课程展开了讨论，全面分析了学生们的现状并提出解决办法，致力于夯实英语学习的基础💆🏻‍♀️，不仅着眼于教材🍘，更旨在提前为英语专业四级考试做好准备👵🏻。而教授科技英语的李小英老师则注重增加学生们对科技的兴趣，拓宽知识面，同时引导学生正确看待当今的科技问题🧅。

本次教学大赛展示了九游会平台教师们过硬的教学基本功底和富有创新性及灵活性的教学方法。相信九游会平台在全体教师的引领下将培养出更多的优秀学子👩🏽‍🌾，而九游会平台将在全体师生的努力下日渐辉煌𓀊🦍！

FFL Holds Teaching Contest for Young Teachers

At 7:30 P.M. on May 6, the teaching contest for young teachers was held by the Faculty of Foreign Languages in Liyun Building Room A403. There were six teachers taking part in the contest, and the first four top-runners will participate in the teaching contest of BNUZ.

The contestants came up with their whole teaching plans first, including teaching objectives, teaching design and teaching methods, and then illustrated them with specific cases. They analyzed both courses and students in order to figure out the best way to teach. What’s more, each teacher had his or her own special opinions and effective methods on teaching. After the presentation, the judges asked some relative questions or gave some suggestions for the teacher.

During the contest, Ms. He Bei and Ms. Wang Fang showed how to teach Japanese and French. They tried to attract students’ interest through foreign culture and to improve their language study. Mr. Jack Merrington and Mr. Mathew Evans, two English native teachers, introduced the methods of teaching oral English. Mr. Jack Merrington designed his course by the analyses of students’ needs and Mr. Mathew Evans focused on how to increase students’ motivation. Ms. Wang Yan concentrated on helping students build the basis of English study and prepare for the TEM4 in advance. And Ms. Li Xiaoying, who teaches the English for Science and Technology, focused on the interest of students.

The teaching contest was a great platform for the teachers to communicate with and learn from each other. It also demonstrated that the teachers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages attach much importance to their teaching. We believe the first four top-runners will stand out in the teaching contest of BNUZ.
