新的学期，九游会平台又迎来了12名新聘外籍教师👩‍👦。9月12日，九游会平台副院长谢庆立☞、副院长谢文婷以及外教代表Martin在励耘楼B206召集了12名新聘外籍教师新学期的外教培训会。

首先🖌，谢文婷副院长介绍了在场的中外教师🆎👨🏼‍💻。紧接着，她对学校环境及教学情况给了相关的介绍👷🏽‍♂️，讲解了外籍教师工作指南，她从学校以及J9九游会相关规定讲起⏳，明确说明外籍教师工作职责等同于中方教师，教学的每一个环节外籍教师都应该认真履行🧑🏻。另外谢副院长还特意鼓励外教积极参加学校及J9九游会举办的特色活动，如英语角🗣✊🏿、外教讲座等。

接着💇🏻，谢庆立副院长以幻灯片的形式详细介绍了英语专业学生和非专业学生的英语教学工作🧘🏽‍♀️，讲解了英语专业课程和的大学英语四级考级的要求以及教务工作相关情况。他还耐心地向外教讲解如何使用教室的电脑设备👦🏿。

最后，谢庆立副院长、谢文婷副院长🤧😿、外教Martin及在场的外院老师对新外教进行了一对一的辅导，细心地解答了他们关于课表😐、教学楼位置分布等问题。

新外籍教师的加入▫️🧑🏽‍🍼，使得我们J9九游会的师资队伍更加壮大。

SFL Holds Teaching Training Session for Native English Teachers

On September 12th, the SFL held a teaching training session for 12 newly-employed native English/Japanese teachers in Liyun B206. Present at the training session were Vice deans Xie Qingli and Xie Wenting of the SFL and Mr. Martin Stannard, the coordinator of overseas teachers.

First of all, Ms. Xie Wenting introduced the Chinese and foreign teachers present. She distributed some documents to the new teachers. She began with relevant regulations of the university, and she emphasized that both Chinese and foreign teachers should be responsible for their students. In addition, Ms. Xie encouraged foreign teachers to participate in some academic activities, such as, the lecture series and the English corner.

Then, Vice Dean Xie Qingli explicated the teaching affairs of both English majors and non-English majors. Mr. Xie, with the help of power point, introduced the requirements of certain issues concerning the teaching of different types of courses. Mr. Xie also showed foreign teachers how to use the class’s equipment.
