演讲人：Mr. Lucas Conrad
Lucas Conrad is a MBA graduate from Appalachian State University in the United States. His background includes Property Management, Restaurant Management, and Lecturing at two different universities in China, Beijing Normal University Zhuhai & Qingdao Agricultural University . He''s quite interested in learning Chinese, and Chinese culture as he sees China playing an increasingly important role going forward in the 21st century.

Lucas Conrad arrived in Qingdao, China a city of 8 million people, in September 2012. He comes from a small town, and was quite surprised by the hustle and bustle of a mega city.He will discuss the four stages of culture shock, 1.) introduction 2.) negotiation stage 3.) adjustment stage 4.) adaptation stage, 5.) reverse culture shock, and his experiences.
