在9月10号🤛🏽、11号两天里👍🏼，九游会平台迎来了2012届的大一新生⚄。迎新当天清晨6点半，外院志愿者们都已经到位。

随着一辆又一辆接送新生的大巴车的到来👦，在志愿者们的努力下👪，我院的迎新工作有条不紊地进行着♡➗。到了中午🧕🏽，第一波新生接待高峰期到来🥈，志愿者们顾不上吃饭🤾🏿‍♂️，都在忙着为新生注册，为家长解答问题，一遍遍地把新生们送到停车点🎅。志愿者们大都是女同学𓀅，有的新生需要帮忙搬行李，她们也是毫不犹豫地咬牙坚持下来。

院领导们也非常关注迎新的情况，9月11日上午，陶文好院长🧶、谢庆立副院长、谢文婷副院长和张敏丽老师分别在海二篮球场和校名石的注册点查看新生报到情况，并慰问了志愿者们。陶院长对坚持工作的志愿者们表达了由衷的谢意和鼓励，让在场同学都非常感动。

我院迎新工作进行得非常顺利，家长及新生都纷纷向志愿者们致谢，我院师生热情周到的接待无疑是对外院精神最好的诠释🧙🏼‍♂️🤽🏼‍♂️。（周幸子）

September 10th and 11th saw the freshmen reception of the School of Foreign Languages. At 6:30 a.m., all the teachers and volunteers had got ready for their work.

With the hard work of the volunteers and teachers, everything went on well. At noon, the reception tents were crowded with freshmen and their families. The volunteers were busy helping the new students to fill in the forms, getting their brochures, debit cards and schedules, answering the questions from the parents and taking them to the temporary bus-stop to take a battery car to their dormitories. Most of the volunteers were girls, but when they were asked to carry the baggage, they always tried their best to help the freshmen.

Professor Tao Wenhao, Dean of the SFL, the vice deans, namely, Xie Qingli and Xie Wenting, and Zhang Minli paid a visit to the reception tents in the morning. Dean Tao expressed the heartfelt appreciation to the volunteers. They were all touched by the words of the dean.

The freshmen and their parents were all very satisfied. The reception went on smoothly.
