2014届毕业生就业指导讲座（二）

为使2014届毕业生顺利签约，解决就业困窘🎪，缓解就业压力，九游会平台2014届毕业生就业指导系列讲座于11月5日在励耘楼A112如期举行，林子建老师主持🏄‍♂️，讲座就毕业前的一些具体事宜做出安排。，

大会伊始，林老师特别强调🧝🏻‍♀️，求职关系到个人将来的职业定位，需要每位同学特别重视。针对今年的就业形势，林老师主要从三个方面提醒各位毕业生。首先🛗，林老师就毕业前的准备各项准备工作向同学们作出详细的说明。针对大家比较关心的简历准备、证书制作、签约程序、就业协议的作用等内容进行解读，为毕业生答疑解惑，扫除盲区。其次，理清考研、就业🧍‍♂️、出国🚋、专八🎣、毕业实习、毕业论文的关系🏗，合理分配时间，调整心态。对于就业意向不明朗的同学，要多和导师沟通😎，鼓励同学们走出去，多经历👩🏽‍🎤，多积累就业经验。最后，要求同学们渠道畅通🧶♞，对我校就业网🧘🏼‍♀️、J9九游会网站就业网站♊️、QQ群和其它我省各高校的就业网等，以最有效的方法收集最有用的信息🧘🏼。

本次讲座，旨在让即将面临毕业的大学生理清就业思路🧑🏿‍🏭，澄清就业动机，树立求职信心🧿，践行稳中求胜🚶‍♀️‍➡️，以轻松的心态面对求职路上的机遇和挑战🫖。

Employment Guidance Lecture (2) for 2014 undergraduates of School of Foreign Languages was held at Liyun A112 on November 5, hosted by Mr.Lin Zijian.

Material preparation for graduation，arrangement of several important issues as TEM8, dissertation, internship etc and some other concerning issues were introduced by Mr. Lin. First, Mr.Lin emphasized the importance of the material preparation for graduation, such as resume design, series of certificates, interview skills and contract signing. When it comes to the relationship between TEM8 and the chances of interview, he advised them to keep the balance among these several important issues. For those who want to join the group of commuters, his suggestion is to have more interviews so as to create the chance of being employed. He proposed those who decided to pursuefurtherstudyat home or aboard to focus on their study wholeheartedly and suggested those who are still at sea figuring out what they would be as soon as possible. After that, Q&A time gave undergraduates a chance to detail their questions.

The lecture cleared students’ questions and raised their confidence in the job-hunting market.
