3月12日晚上7点,外院本学期第一场外教讲座在丽泽楼C408成功举办。本次讲座的主讲人是我院的外籍教师松岛加代子,主题是“日本传统饮食文化”👴🏻。 来自九游会平台的日语系副主任甄文康老师也出席了讲座🏠。
首先,松岛老师介绍了“和”这个词的意思。“和”是指日本🐤,“和食”即是日本传统饮食💉,而并不是一般所说的日本料理。接着,松岛老师介绍了和食和日本料理之间的区别。日本料理是指酒店提供的高级菜肴,而和食是指日本家庭的普通菜式🧑🏽。然后,松岛老师向学生们介绍日本传统饮食的特征。第一,保持食材的新鲜和原味🛢👨🦼➡️,注重多样性🪷;第二,装盘艺术体现自然美;第三🧑🧑🧒,与传统节日活动密切相关🚗。松岛老师还通过自己家乡的照片和做饭团的实验,让学生们体验这些特征。
最后,松岛老师以图片的形式展示了日本流行的动漫便当🙇🏼♀️。各种造型可爱的便当引起同学们的赞叹。
和食不仅是饮食,还是基于日本人尊重自然的气质上,与“食”有关的习俗🙂。通过本次的讲座👨🦼➡️,学生们深入了解日本的传统饮食文化,获益匪浅⤴️。
A Lecture: Washoku- Japanese Traditional Food Culture

At 7 p.m. on March 12th, Ms. Kayoko Matsushima from the School of Foreign Languages held a lecture titled WASHOUKU- Japanese Traditional food culture in Lize C408. Mr. Seiya Zhen, Vice Director of Japanese department also attended the lecture.
At the beginning, Ms. Kayoko Matsushima introduced the meaning of the word "wa". "Wa" meaning Japanese, "washoku” refers to Japanese traditional food, but not, in general, Japanese food. Then, Ms. Kayoko Matsushima introduced the difference between washoku and Japanese food. Japanese food refers to haute cuisine which is served in the hotel, while washoku refers to the common meals in Japanese families. Ms. Kayoko Matsushima introduced the characteristics of Japanese traditional food culture to students. Firstly, it requires various fresh ingredients keeping natural tastes. Secondly, its dishes represents the beauty of nature. Thirdly, it is connected to annual events. After that, Ms.Kayoko Matsushima let students experience these features by showing her hometown’s pictures and doing experiments. Finally, Ms.Kayoko Matsushima showed pictures of popular Japanese Anime Bento. Anime Bento is food made into cartoon characters. According to Ms. Kayoko Matsushima, washoku is a social practice based on an essential spirit of the Japanese--respect for nature. It not only contributes to healthy life, but strengthens family and community ties.
Through the lecture, the students had a deeper understanding of Japanese food culture and learned more about the Japanese youngsters.
